Technical Support


At Borets, we recognize that it takes a team of dedicated professionals working together to deliver the products and services expected from our customers. OnCall ESP Technical Support

Borets OnCall ESP Technical Support Group brings it all together. With over 200 years of ESP application and field expertise, OnCall ensures quality and performance from design through manufacturing to application.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to the Field Service and Service Center organizations
  • Reviews designs and provides application engineering support
  • Provide new product development input to Sustaining Engineering based on observed equipment field performance
  • Coordinates technical communications and continuous improvement advisories
  • Delivers ESP design software training and development
  • Optimization recommendations to improve equipment performance and increase mean time between failures
