The ViewPoint™ Downhole Sensor provides operators the ability to fully capture the information from their artificial lift systems to help minimize downtime, increase equipment run life and optimize production.

The ViewPoint family is designed to operate with ESPs, progressive cavity pumps (PCPs), beam pumps, hydraulic jet pumps and gas-lift systems.

 
ESP Monitoring

Typical parameters that can be measured include:

  • Intake Pressure
  • Intake Temperature
  • Motor Winding Temperature
  • Two Axis Vibration
  • Current Leakage
  • Discharge Pressure

The ViewPoint ESP sensor mounts to the base of the motor, most often communicating to the surface equipment via the ESP power cable. In some cases, the communication is through a dedicated wire, as in the ViewPoint ESP i-Wire sensor.

The ViewPoint TCS sensor is the only high temperature, flow-thru gauge on the market. This unique design means that unlike other sensors in the market, a discharge sub or transfer line is not required to measure discharge pressure and/or temperature, providing for a more trouble-free and reliable system.
